The deposit is non refundable, and the model remains the property of KIRTLEY MODEL BUILDINGS until the balance is paid. * For layouts & dioramas, a deposit of around 30% of the full price is payable on ordering. A further payment of the same amount will be payable on completion of the baseboards, track & electrics, with the balance due on completion, delivery & acceptance. * For large projects I may ask for a series of regular smaller payments following the paying of the deposit while work is is progress, with a final payment at the end of the project. Again, all the work remains the property of KIRTLEY MODEL BUILDINGS until paid for in full, and the deposit is non returnable. * I give a six month warrenty on all work following delivery/completion. * Ordering a model indicates full acceptance of these conditions. |
